Griffin Faculty Physicians

The mission of Griffin Faculty Practice Plan, Inc. is to provide high quality healthcare to the community, in both an inpatient and outpatient setting as well as to provide teaching faculty for the Internal Medicine and Preventative Medicine Programs at Griffin Hospital. At Griffin Hospital our practice provides hospitalist service, surgical PA services, childbirth PA services, and hospice care. In the community our practice provides primary care, geriatrics, breast surgery, urology, bariatric surgery and integrative medicine. In all of the services we provide, our goal is to honor the Planetree Model of care by providing patient-centered and personalized health care.
